I love when we can be outside in February, and so do the kids!! Rachel and Eric posed for a quick, impromptu, photo-shoot outside of church last Wednesday night. The lighting was awesome and the kids were cheesing it up!!

Daddy Daughter Dance 2011
Rachel and Daddy had a wonderful time at the Daddy-Daughter dance again this year...
She has grown up so much in a year!!! She looked beautiful and when Daddy asked her if she was Cinderella, she responded with, "I'm YOUR Cinderella!"
Poor Eric. He REALLY wanted to go to the dance too...with Mommy! He even got up on the sink and did his hair while I was doing Rachel's!

Snow Days!!
This past Tuesday night a blizzard hit Norman and we've been snowed in since! We've had to entertain the kids for four days with very little outside activity. But, we did try to go out for a bit...
Cooper, giving me his new "say cheese" smile!
We broke out the magic nuudles and the kids made some neat creations!
Rachel made some beautiful flowers and a big "mat!"
What would a snow day be without baking cookies!!!!
Oh my goodness, Cooper looked so cute in his snow clothes!!!
Notice that the snow is up to her knees!! She didn't last too long because she didn't have snow pants!! Thank you Nana, for the snow gloves!!!!
Rachel was dying to make a snow angel!!!
Okay, so cute only gets you so far! Cooper did NOT like the cold snow!!
Eric was such a helper!!! He would shovel the snow over his shoulder and end up dumping the snow right back to where we had just cleared it!!

Kids and the Truth Behind the Scenes
So, usually, we only post the "good" pictures from a photo-shoot! These show what really happens!! It's not always picture perfect...but, these are my kids!!
Cooper
Cooper-man! Our little sweetheart, who still likes to ham it up for the camera. Or at least, he doesn't mind being around when I take pictures!! 
Rachel
Rachel was the subject of a photo shoot recently...okay, really we just went over to my friend's house and she has a great make-shift studio that was perfect for a little fun camera time. Rachel was subject number one. Eric...well, he didn't really participate much...next post will be Cooper.
