My Children...Future Photographers!!

Brooks and I went out on a date night, and we thought we should have someone take a picture for us. Rachel and Eric both wanted turns. This one was taken by Eric...not bad!!So, at church on Sunday I had the camera with me and the kids saw it! Of course, now they think they have free range of the camera and really want to take more pictures for us! So, check out the picture Rachel took of Nana...so amazing!

Mother's Day, 2011!!

For Mother's Day at school with Rachel, her Kindergarten class did a Mother's Day tea party. It was so much fun. We both wore long flowing dresses and had very tasty treats. She also read me a sweet story that she wrote about me. Look at this beautiful girl...Look who greated me for breakfast in bed on Mother's Day morning! Who could resist loving this face!? How blessed I am!

LA Cousins Came for a Visit!!

Oh, how I love these boys!!! Look at that genuine love for eachother in their eyes and smiles! Eric and Zachary enjoyed every second they got together a few weeks ago!!

We are working on getting these LA cousins back home so these two stinkers can grow up playing together all the time!!! This was the best we could do to get all five!! Believe it or not, it wasn't the little ones, they sat still...it's those silly boys!!!! Love them...and can't you tell that they love eachother! So, so sweet! Rachel and Alexandra...

Carnival Fun!!

This spring Gran and Granddon took the kids to a local carnival! They had the best time riding the rides and looking at all the lights once it got darker.

I only wish I had a picture of Cooper in awe of all the lights and sounds!!

Granddon and Gran with the kids! Okay, Mommy has to admit...I was really nervous watching the kids on this one! Eric was JUST tall enough to ride this spider ride and in my opinion, I think he was still too little!!! Once it started moving it was SOOO fast and the kids were just sliding from side-to-side! And we couldn't see Eric because his sweet head didn't clear the top of the seat!! Yikes!! But, after, they all said they loved it!! Here they are after...too cute!!

Easter, 2011

Easter Morning, 2011!!

Eric, Rachel, Daddy and Cooper!Then off to church for a VERY rainy Easter morning!!!!

It sure didn't dampen their spirits, though!! Luckily, the night before was BEAUTIFUL and the kids got to do an egghunt outside and Nana and Papa's!! It took Rachel and Eric forever to find the football egg hiding on the door handle! It was hilarious to watch them try to learn the "hot-cold" game as we tried to clue them in as to where it was!!Cooper was so funny! He would find an egg just to stomp on it and to find the candy inside! He is our candy-man!!!
