Fourth of July - 2011

What a fun Fourth of July we had this summer! Despite being BRUTALLY hot (altho July 4th was only 102), we had a lot of fun over at Nana & Papa's house. Aunt G and Uncle Bob came down and we were blessed to have the Mears family celebrate with us as well! They have two kiddos the same age as Rachel and Eric and we've really loved getting to know this sweet family!!

The girls decided to put on a July 4th show for us and the boys were cute enough to go along with it!! Here is Rachel (in my tap costume from the 90's) singing her "fireworks" song! Cooper, Camden, Taylor, Rachel and Eric. Dad said that, although not his intention when building the house, the fireplace makes a great stage!

Cooper was a HAM!!!

The girls loved the sparklers. Cooper was asleep and Eric and Camden started wearing down. Camden did a few sparklers, but the girls really had a blast. We also got some glow bracelets that they hooked together and made some FUN light creations!!
