Yeah!! Today was my LAST OB appointment before the little man arrives!! I can't believe we are already to that point! We have almost everything ready. We were supposed to use this weekend to get the bassinet and swing down. The final baby preparations!! But, on Thursday, Brooks threw his back out during his "less-than" heroic efforts to save a two-year friend from colliding with Rachel on a swing. Poor guy, couldn't get to her fast enough, big kaboom, lots of blood and he's still walking like an old-man!! On top of that, I had the stomach flu. So, needless to say, we were not up in the attic getting together our final baby preparations!! We'll still have time this weekend and hopefully the kids will really have fun helping us get everything ready for "brother!"
I was blessed this past week with a baby shower put on by some great friends at the Y and they loaded me up with diapers, wipes and bath stuff! I'm SO thankful to have such great friends and even more thankful to see a closet full of diapers!
Anyway, I'm measuring right on target and all my levels of "everything" are normal. So...we are looking good and still planning on a birthday of 09-09-09!! So exciting! Almost there! Yahoo!!

Yeah!! I can't believe the time is here all ready. I bet you are SOO ready to have him!! You'll have to call me when he gets here so we can come to the hospital to see you all!! Woo hoo!!
